Zane's Detailing ("we," "us," "our") operates a mobile ceramic coating and auto detailing service in the North Atlanta area (Cumming, Alpharetta, Suwanee, Gainesville, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Buford, and surrounding cities). Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle details (year, make, model, condition), the service you're interested in, and the contents of messages you send us.
• Information collected automatically — how you reached us (for example, which ad or campaign), and basic technical details when you submit our online form.
• Information from advertising platforms — when you submit a lead form through an ad (e.g., on Facebook or Instagram), that platform passes us the contact and vehicle details you provided.

Text messaging

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to provide their service to us, including:

• An AI provider that helps us draft message replies.

• Intuit QuickBooks, for our accounting and bookkeeping.

QuickBooks (Intuit) connection

We use Intuit QuickBooks to manage our own business's financial records. Our internal tools connect to our own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API to view our revenue, expenses, and profit. This connection accesses only our business's accounting data; it does not access any customer's QuickBooks account. Our use of information received from the QuickBooks API follows Intuit's applicable terms, and we do not sell or transfer that data.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
